The founder and Managing Director Mr. Jorgen Skytte Jensen has 20 years of international work experience with organisational capacity assessment and development, organisational change management, human resources and skills development. Mr. Jensen is specialised in facilitating and coaching change management processes with a particular focus on organisations’ functional and operational management, people (HR) management including organisations’ culture and psychology, and political or strategic change management. Furthermore, he is an experienced leadership and management coach with strong facilitation and communication skills for building consensus and providing management decisions for change and development. Mr. Jensen is an experienced team leader and technical adviser for program formulation and design, appraisal and review, including sector wide and regional program approaches.

Senior Consultant Mrs. Andrea Mestrov has 20 years of international work experience as a socio-economist, monitoring and evaluation specialist, and financial analyst and administrator. Highly-developed, functional and analytical skills in results-based, gender responsive, community-driven programme monitoring and evaluation (M&E), policy and programme design, strategy and partnership development, project management and performance reporting that emphasise sustainable and participatory responses to poverty-alleviation and humanitarian emergencies. Extensive multiple governmental stakeholder, community and international aid donor engagement. Sound knowledge links to corporate social responsibility, triple bottom line and international integrated reporting.

Senior Consultant Mrs. Barslund has more than 25 years of professional experience in the field of human resources (HR) internationally and in Denmark. In the last 5 years she has specialised in the use and implementation of occupational psychological testing tools, developing and conducting training of employers and employees in both the public and private sector. Throughout her career, Mrs. Barslund has focused on training and education. She has developed and conducted training for employers within areas such as, but not limited to: organisational change management, management development, communication and cooperation in teams, conflict resolution, career development, staff development, training needs analysis, and team building. Mrs. Barslund has extensive experience with lifelong learning and capacity building as an integrated part of vocational training.
